Cat won't stop meowing

 

I check that there’s nothing obviously wrong with her, like a bite or scratch. I check her water bowl is full. I check she’s eaten her last meal. I ask if she’d like to be brushed. Usually the answer is, “I thought you’d never ask!” followed immediately by loud purrs.
